Sakthirajan has more than a decade of experience in the management of difficult to control hypertension, acute kidney injury ( recent short-term kidney damage), chronic ( long-term) kidney disease, diabetic kidney disease, Dialysis and Renal Transplantation. Has innumerable national and international research publications. His core concepts are evidence based practice and informed decision making in the comprehensive management. The key aim is to make people understand the importance of urine analysis and blood creatinine, and to lead a happy life even with kidney disease.

From adolescents care to post menopausal problems, the doctor is well known for her scientific approach. She is passionate about delivering personalised treatment plans and empower women to make informed decisions about their health. she has an excellent multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. The key area of interest is in establishing fertility to couples without complex laboratory procedures by prompt listening and critically analysing reproductive physiology in each couple.

I was able to deliver a baby normally only because of her. The amount of support and encouragement she gave me in the labor room was amazing. She waited patiently for me to deliver naturally even though it was getting late at night. She is always reachable through phone and she immediately responds back. Special mention to Sneha ma'am who taught me exercises and those were really helpful during my delivery. Ramya Gautham8 June 2023Happy to tell that blessed with a baby girl without dr.sharadha mam and sneha sister am nothing here bcoz of their effort I got normally delivered mah princess, and Dr sharadha mam s very friendly person to advice all kind of doubts and needs ,sneha sister taught exercises from 7th month I did those exercises to get normal delivery during labour pain started sneha sister called me one hour once to instruct the exercises .I done that I was able to deliver the baby within 20 mins. finally it was done thankyou so soo sooo much both of u. So kind of u ☺️
